Have you seen our article in the Boston Globe?

Hiking is a miracle for both Livy and I. The kindness, loving, caring and endless concern the hikers display is remarkable. They develop a relationship which is so unique and precious. Jenni has built a one of a kind business which ensures the well being of all staff & furry friends alike. Livy can be a bit difficult at times but they took the time to know her and she now behaves well. Another miracle!! I feel both safe and overjoyed when Livy is hiking. I truly look forward to reading the journals and pics. I read it to my husband every time. No words can tell how impressed I am with both Jenni and her staff. Job well done. I feel their part of my heart.

I reached out to Peaceful Paws when my Sister was ill and could not let my dogs out. With only 24 hours notice not only did the owner respond with care and understanding but she arranged for Gillian to let my pups out and play for the week! Gillian was great with my dogs and I can’t speak highly enough of of Jenni and her crew! 5 Star review! I will definitely recommend PPPC to others

Dear Jenni,
I would like to express our gratitude for excellent service provided by your company and your pet loving, dedicated and professional employees. Our dogs were well walked, played with , and were taken very good care of. Especially I would like to mention Lauren – night shift girl. She did excellent job. From picture she sent us it was obvious that she loves dogs and dogs loved .her. Dogs were well fed. walked, brushed, she even vacuum floor after them. You made our trip possible and worry free about our dogs. Thank you again. Please send our thanks to all your employees. Happy New Year to all!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff for all the wonderful accommodations and care you provide your customers. From the introduction all through the service contract, everyone was so very helpful and kind.
I would also like to take this opportunity to express what a very hard working, dedicated, and kind employee you have in Lydia. Day in and day out, rain or shine, Lydia arrived in a timely manor with a warm hello and smile( inferred because of the face mask, but her tone speaks volumes). She took the time to make my pup, Brandy, feel like her own and treated her as such. I know Brandy very much enjoyed each and every adventure they shared; arriving home with a smile on her face.
From this experience, I will 100% return for all my dog sitting needs and will refer to your company in high regards to both family and friends. I thank you again for assembling and operating a very well run operation. I wish you all the best and hope you stay safe and well!

Satisfied Peaceful Paws customer (May 2 2020)

We are SO thankful for Peaceful Paws. We adopted two bossy, attention-loving cats at the beginning of this year and we were so nervous when we had to leave them overnight for the first time. With Peaceful Paws I 100% know that the babies are taken care of, getting lots of love and attention. Even when one of our cats got sick the day before a holiday vacation, the caretakers had no problems switching up their routine to make sure she got the necessary medicine. We are so appreciative of the update photos and the notes left for when we get home. It really puts our minds at ease when we are away. All of the caretakers are amazing but we can tell that our cats especially love snuggles from Gage! Again, I cannot fully express how grateful we are for the entire Peaceful Paws team.
Happy Holidays!

Hi Jenni, I just wanted to send you an email letting you know how pleased we are with your company. I loved reading the notes that Amber and Sara left for us after they took care of Ava and Max! We did think of our pups while we were away, however, we knew they were in great hands and that they were well taken care of. When we returned home, they were calm and very peaceful. Amber and Sara are my two favorites and they are an asset to your company!I also enjoyed seeing the pictures on Facebook after each visit. I just wanted to let you know what a great job they did. They are two very caring young women and I could tell by the pictures that Ava and Max think very highly of them too!

– Very truly yours, Marianne Huber (October 16 2019)

Hi Jenni,Came home very late Sunday night so I apologize for just sending this now. I want to say that Amber who came to take care of my cats did a terrific job. The liter boxes were clean, they had water and looked very content. I like the way she wrote down what she did when she was here. I am very happy with your service and with Amber. You have just inherited another client.Would like to know what to do with the lock box which has the key in there. Thank you again

I would like to say what a wonderful job Jennie did training our dog. She is a 3 year old mix and was very anxious. With the tools Jennie has given us to work with Nala is a different dog. I love her style of training. No harsh methods used. Very calming vibe. I have also had dog walker’s from Peaceful Paws teach my dog how to walk on a leash without fear.
I would recommend this organization to anyone who needs help training their dog. Thank you Jennie!

Ryan was prompt, friendly, very professional. Shep went with him happily. He came home smiling! And he had a nice long nap! We will definitely book this again soon. We love the photos also!! Please give Winston our thanks for being a good mentor for Shep’s first adventure.

Gaelyn was *right at* the door when I came home, so eager to tell me about his time out with Taylor. Whenever I take Gaelyn for local walks now, he is so proud to show me all the trails. His loose leash walking is performed like a champ, and I know this is all from his practice with Peaceful Paws. It gives me a lot of relief to know Gaelyn is getting that key time in the day for both a ‘bathroom’ and ‘change of scenery’ break. Peaceful Paws always schedules Gaelyn at the best times. It makes me happy for him to be getting that extra love and affection.
